Group Fitness Schedule

Health & Wellness at The Kroc Center

Better health leads to a better you. Our wellness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout. 

  • Smart Start: Free orientation required for members ages 13-15 who use fitness equipment. Teens will learn how to properly use all exercise equipment, basic exercise programming, and proper nutrition.
  • Adult Fitness Orientation: Members meet with a fitness staff member for a complimentary orientation. Learn the basics of the fitness room equipment. Free for members.
  • Fitness Evaluation: Includes blood pressure reading, body composition and starting weight assessment, and body measurements. $10 for members, $20 for nonmembers.
  • Personal Training: Personal trainers provide specialized fitness programs to help you reach your specific goals through one-on-one or semi-private training. Pricing varies.

Flow Yoga

This class is great for beginners and seasoned practitioners. A Flow class will be more basic in nature. Postures will be foundational with an emphasis on breath, alignment and a focus on transitions.

Calling all Active Adults! This upbeat class will improve your strength and flexibility while working on your coordination and mobility.

Silver Fit

Monday/Wednesday 10:30 a.m.
A dance fitness workout designed especially for active older adults to help increase cardiovascular endurance and mobility.

Yoga

Monday 7 p.m./Thursday 10 a.m.
Open to all yoga levels of experience! Our focus is moving the body and breath together. This class provides a great foundation by working from simple to complex movements.

Body Restore

Wednesday 10 a.m./Friday 10 a.m.
Loosen tight muscles and regain flexibility with this 45-minute class. Your instructor will guide you through various stretches to loosen tight muscles, improve flexibility and relieve our bodies of the stress caused by everyday activities.

COMMIT is a dynamic, fun-filled HIIT-style (high-intensity interval training) dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving.

Strength and Cardio

T.R.A.P.

Tuesday 6:15 p.m.
This 30-minute core class is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abs and back with non-stop core sculpting moves. T.R.A.P. (The Roughest Abs Possible) is a tempo-based class set to today’s best TRAP music. This class is a great addition to anyone’s fitness routine and guaranteed to be a core burner!

*The GRIND

Wednesday 5:30 p.m.
This 30-minute, H.I.I.T. class will GRIND out the calories in your workout. We will focus on calisthenics and non-weighted body movements to reach our goals for the day!

BoxFIT

Monday/Wednesday 6:30 p.m.
Do you have what it takes to train like a boxer? Come find out with this H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) class that focuses on conditioning and boxing techniques!

Tread N’ Shed

Tuesday 5:30 p.m.
Torch major calories with intervals alternating between the floor and treadmill. Your speed, endurance and agility will be tested!

Cycling done Kroc style! Come on in for a great cardio workout that strengthens your legs and core. We’ll use hand weights and resistance bands for added intensity! Interactive Cycle

Members must bring their own basketball. Games such as HORSE, Knockout, and 3-Point are allowed (details subject to change).

Lunchtime basketball

Lunchtime basketball is for pick-up basketball games. No full-court options.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a doubles racket sport that blends tennis, badminton, and table tennis. This low-impact sport is sure to be right for you! Members must bring their own paddle to play. Max number of people (12).
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Rockwall 

Our indoor rock climbing wall offers a variety of skill levels for bouldering and climbing for all ages. We provide a basic skills orientation on your first day. All ages welcome! Our auto-belays are compatible to support a wide variety of weights. Our staff is trained in a wide range of climbing techniques and can help you at every level of climbing.

Stay up to date with Gym Policies 

  • Children ages 0-9 MUST be accompanied by a parent or an approved guardian, at least 16 years old, at all times to use gym facilities.
  • Ages 10 -12 may use the gym as long as a parent or legal guardian is in the building.
  • Ages 13 and up have complete gymnasium access.
  • Gum is prohibited in the gymnasium.
