Homeless Shelters
For those with no place to go or in need of emergency shelter, local Salvation Army homeless shelters provide a warm, safe place for men, women, and families to stay. In Kingsport, we feature a men's dorm, a women's dorm, and 2 family rooms.
Financial Assistance
Each year, thousands of individuals and families are faced with unexpected financial difficulties. That’s why The Salvation Army offers emergency financial assistance for those who need it most. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact us for more information.

Homeless Shelter
For those with no place to go or in need of emergency shelter, local Salvation Army homeless shelters provide a warm, safe place for men, women, and families to stay. In cities where we do not operate homeless shelters, we offer financial assistance to cover emergency overnight housing costs or refer those facing housing and food insecurity to partner programs with emergency shelter services.
