Energy Assistance Programs

We help families in need keep their homes safe during extreme temperatures.

One of the most common ways that The Salvation Army battles against homelessness is through our energy assistance programs. Coordinating with our numerous utility partners across Oklahoma & Arkansas, we help ensure that no one is left without a safe place to stay during the extreme temperatures, and that missed payments don't lead to possible evictions. 

We are so grateful to the utility providers we partner with, and to our donors who give beyond the Red Kettles to help us meet the needs of the most vulnerable families and individuals who come to The Salvation Army seeking energy assistance.
