The Salvation Army Responds Swiftly to Tornado Outbreak in Southern Oklahoma
In the aftermath of the recent tornado outbreak impacting communities across Southern Oklahoma, The Salvation Army swiftly deployed staff and volunteers to Sulphur, Holdenville and Marietta. Committed to serving those in their time of greatest need, our disaster response teams arrived with specialized mobile feeding units capable of providing critical support on a large scale.
Within the four days, our trained personnel distributed essential supplies, including over 1500 meals, 2900 drinks, and 2300 snacks, to survivors and first responders. However, The Salvation Army's presence extends beyond physical sustenance. Recognizing the emotional and spiritual toll disasters can take, our team members offered compassionate care and a listening ear to all those impacted.

"We are here to ensure that no one faces this difficult situation alone, and that hope and essential services are readily available."
