The Salvation Army of Fort Smith Opens New Family Store to Support At-Risk Families
Fort Smith, AR - The Salvation Army of Fort Smith is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new Fort Smith Family Store. The new store is located at 3325 S. 74th Street, between Eunice's Country Kitchen & Solid Rock Bible Bookstore.
The Fort Smith Family Store exists to support at-risk families in the local community by providing clothing, household goods, and other necessary items. Additionally, proceeds from sales at the store will help to fund the ministry of The Salvation Army in Fort Smith.
The store is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Donations of clothing, bric-a-brac, small appliances, books, electronics, and small furniture are accepted. In addition, customers can participate in a loyalty program that saves them 10% after frequenting the store.
The Salvation Army of Fort Smith would like to thank the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Fort Smith, The Fort Smith Salvation Army Advisory Board, The Fort Smith Family Store management and employees, 40/29 News, volunteers, and customers for their support in making this grand opening possible.
The new Fort Smith Family Store provides a valuable resource to the community and The Salvation Army looks forward to serving the needs of at-risk families in Fort Smith for many years to come.
