Conway Family Clothed and Fed

Mar 25, 2022 | by Ashley Hooten

The Johnson family* arrived at The Salvation Army in Conway last week seeking food and clothing assistance. They are starting over in a small apartment and needed help feeding and clothing their family.

Case manager Brooke Devore was able to meet their immediate needs of clothes and food while connecting the family with information on the Rapid Re-housing program. She also provided information on how to get their food stamps reinstated.

The Johnsons say they are grateful to have their most immediate needs met and appreciate the resources that Brooke provided. Their goals are to provide for their children and to obtain more permanent housing.

"We want people to know that we are trying hard and are going to make better decisions," the Johnsons say.
