Women's Auxiliary

The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary groups have been around for decades. These women have served with the "Heart to God, Hand to Man" philosophy of the worldwide Salvation Army. Serving as a fund-raising and volunteer service group, the women of the Auxiliary have impacted the lives of people in need of services provided by The Salvation Army throughout Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Scott, Yazoo and Copiah counties. 

The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary's membership is always open. We exist for the sole purpose of helping others. Serving others is the core of every project we support and promote. Our mission is to be “The Army Behind The Army” helping The Salvation Army meet the need of others.

Meetings are held on the

Second Wednesday of Each Month

at our Community Worship Center (570 Beasley Rd.) at 11:30am
for lunch followed by our membership meeting from 12pm-1pm.

Types of Memberships:

  • ACTIVE MEMBER - $30
    • I wish to attend and participate in meetings, activities, and projects and volunteer a minimum 25 hours.
  • SUPPORTING MEMBER - $50
    • I am unable to attend meetings but will lend a hand on projects as I am able.
  • CONTRIBUTING MEMBER - $100
    • I will give financial support and attend meetings as I am able.
  • SPONSORING MEMBER - $250
    • I will give financial support for special projects only. I wish to be kept informed of events through newsletters and minutes.
