Salvation Army of Savannah receives grant from Wells Fargo

The Salvation Army of Savannah has received a $2,500 grant from Wells Fargo to support funds to help families facing an unstable housing situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization announced Tuesday, April 28.

Due to the pandemic, The Salvation Army has experienced a much greater demand for emergency financial assistance, housing and homeless services. Donations like this from Wells Fargo will help the organization continue providing crucial aid to many families who have nowhere else to turn, the organization said.
