The Salvation Army recognizes that holidays can bring added financial and emotional stress for families in need. We offer a variety of services to help families and individuals make it through more difficult holiday seasons. Locally we are proud to offer The Salvation Angel Tree Program to provide a Christmas to Remember for at need youth in our community. Signups for Angel Tree will be held in October.
When disaster strikes, The Salvation Army responds quickly, mobilizing its officers, employees, and volunteer wherever needed.
For those with no place to go or in need of emergency shelter, local Salvation Army homeless shelters provide a warm, safe place for men, women, and families to stay.
The Red Shield Lodge is available to those in need every day starting at 5:30pm. Renovations are currently under way.
We are proud to offer financial assistance in the forms of Rental/Mortgage, Utilities, etc as funds are available and to eligible applicants.
Come into our office to see if you are eligible M-F from 9am to 4pm.
In addition to The Salvation Army Camp programs, we also offer Youth Character Building on Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
The love of God is at the heart of what we do. Our service-oriented approach to faith is shared each Sunday at services throughout the country.
