What Does The Salvation Army Mean By ‘Love Beyond?’

The Salvation Army’s Love Beyond message is about giving love to others, people who need true love – not just the thought of it. Love Beyond is about meeting needs in whatever circumstances they face.

It is about helping others get to the other side of their difficulties in life. We strive to share the love of Christ in such a way that physical needs are met – and beyond that, they feel the touch of God.

Here’s how we view it:

• Based on a community’s needs and available resources, we help people overcome the growing challenges of poverty.
