Step into the holiday season with intention and a renewed commitment to your well-being! Join us for the Own Your Season 2027 Kick-Off Event, featuring a time of citywide prayer, mindfulness, and movement to help you nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
Be part of this health and fitness community event, bringing together partners who share a common mission: empowering you to take control of your health, build healthy habits, and feel better one day at a time.

Owning your season is about more than personal wellness; it's also about caring for the community around us. As we prepare to kick off this season of health, fitness, and renewed purpose, we're partnering with the Mid-South Food Bank to support individuals and families facing food insecurity. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, let's remember that taking care of our community is another way to make a difference, one day at a time. We invite you to join us in giving back by donating to our food drive leading up to the event. Starting November 11th, bring any of the items listed in the graphic to the Kroc Center of Memphis and drop them off in our designated donation boxes. Your generosity will help support the Mid-South Food Bank and provide for families in our community this holiday season.
