For over 85 years The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Centers of North and South Carolina have been offering programs and services that exemplify and actively practice Christian principles. Our Salvation Army Youth Centers create an accepting, positive and challenging environment where young people of every background, circumstance, race, creed, and religion have a safe place to learn and grow into productive citizens.

 After-School Program 

Providing children and youth with a safe place to play and learn in a supervised and constructive environment. Each child is encouraged to complete their homework with tutors available for those needing help. Children who attend come from both traditional and year-round schools. Transportation is provided from local schools.
