Required Time Frame:

  • *3-5 business days to gather all documents from applicant & sources involved.
  • *Up to 15 days to complete review for a denial or approval from Tatiana.
  • *Up to 30 days to complete whole application.

Required Documents:

  • **Financial Emergency Documentation (medical bills with receipts)
  • *Invoice for Mechanic/Car Issues
  • *Job Termination Letter
  • *Unemployment Benefits Letter
  • *Decrease in Hours at Work (submit 2 RECENT paychecks)
  • *Release from Prison
  • *Fleeing a Domestic Violence Situation (a police report or we will have you sign an affidavit)
  • *Homeless (we would have you sign an affidavit)
  • *Letter from Twin City Missions Stating You Are Being Released

**Please Also Note:

Please note that we may not be able to cover the full amount of your bill due to the number of applicants needing assistance. Because of this, you will need to pay a portion of the bill in order to move forward with your application. Completing this application does not guarantee assistance; it is the first step in determining eligibility. If your application is approved, please allow 15-30 days for processing. Approval does not mean an immediate payment; assistance is issued as a pledge to pay.
