WE NEED YOUR HELP...

there are many ways to help families in our
community this holiday season!

Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year. Once a child has been registered and accepted as an Angel their Christmas wish list is shared with donors in your community who purchase gifts of new clothing and toys. The gifts are distributed to the family to place under their family Christmas tree.

There are Many Ways Y Can Help Support Families in Our Community this Holiday Season!

Angel Adoption/Sponsor

There are 3 ways to adopt/sponsor a child in need this Christmas.

You can select your angels online and print off their information (https://angelwebsponsor.com/registerme.asp?cc=CAC )
You can send your request directly to CoastalAlabamaAngelTree@gmail.com and we will gather the requested number of angel tree tags and have them set aside for you to pick up at our office.
If you’re looking for a small number of angels (5 or less) you can find one of our public Angel Trees and grab them off the tree at your convenience. You can find Angel Tree's at: Walmart Vision Centers, Tanger Outlet Food Court, BelAir Mall, Ashley Home Furniture.

***PRO TIP: Register your angel tag(s). This allows us to know which angels have been adopted/sponsored. Register your tag at: https://angelwebsponsor.com/registerme.asp?cc=CAC

We suggest people buy at least one full outfit and 2-4 toys and be prepared to spend between $100-$150 per angel. This helps people to know how many angels to request/adopt.

If you choose to pickup your tags from our office or get them from a public tree, the tags come with a toy collection bag that should be used to collect the toys.

We do ask for angels to be returned by December 4^th. This allows us time to prepare the gifts for our distribution days. All gifts need to remain unwrapped so they can be double checked by our volunteers before being given to the parents (who also want to see/check what is given before the children do).

Feel free to shop online and ship the items directly to us at 1009 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36604. **Please ensure delivery by the 12/4 and make sure you add the ANGEL ID to each box/item shipped.** This allows us to know who those items are for once we receive them.

Toy Drives & Donations

TOY DONATIONS: We use these toys for children who either don't get adopted or their items aren't returned. You can drop off new, unwrapped toys at any of our Angel Tree locations. You can also go to our WALMART REGISTRY to see a selection of "most requested" toys. If shopping online, Walmart will ship the toys directly to us. CLICK HERE for our Walmart toy registry.

PRO-TIP: We always have the hardest time collecting items for the 10-12 year old age group.

TOY DRIVES are a fun and easy way for everyone to get involved. Here are 3 simple steps to get you started:

Designate your collection space and set up collection bin.
Add fun signage to your collection area
Promoted your toy drive through social media, flyers, and events.

We can help provide a "most requested toys" list if needed.

Financial Donations

Making a financial donation allows us to assist families in our community beyond toys. We use these funds for utility/rent assistance, food, clothing, and more.
