Matching Kettle Partners change lives. With a match of kettle contributions, The Salvation Army’s ability to feed the hungry, house the homeless, nurture our youth and provide emergency assistance is multiplied. Donors have an opportunity to leverage their gift during our most visible season, while helping the Salvation Army’s Mission of meeting human needs.
The 2022 Kettle season in Galveston County officially kicks off on Friday, November 25 (Black Friday) and runs through Christmas Eve. There is only 26 days in the regular season to raise the goal of $250,000. This amount represents 10% of our annual budget. It is less than $1.00 for every resident in our service area of Galveston County. It is a lofty goal, but one that is logical for the need and for the area.
Matching gifts are powerful motivation for potential donors. You will pay only for the amount raised, up to the amount of your commitment. You will be invoiced at the end of your commitment period.

• Media partners and Bell Ringers will announce to patrons that their gift will be doubled by your company for the period of time you match.

• Campaign Match Partners will be featured on our website throughout the Red Kettle Campaign.
