You'll float on a supportive mat in the pool as sound bowls and other healing instruments are played around you. The atmosphere is quiet, immersive, and deeply relaxing. This 45-minute session is designed to help you reset, unwind, and reconnect.
Kelly Harvey is a sound and energy healer, yoga guide, and the Wellness Coordinator at The Solfood Kitchen. Through her practice, Sol Shrine Alchemy, Kelly guides others through personal transformation using movement, sound, and spiritual arts.

Join us for a unique movie night experience—right from the pool! We’ll be showing the Hotel Transylvania 3 while you float and relax in the water, drive-in style. We'll have a limited number of floats available, but you're welcome to bring your own single-person "donut" float. This event is open to all ages. Space is limited, so be sure to register early.

Join us for a pumpkin patch experience like no other—right in the Kroc pool! Kids will dive in to choose their perfect pumpkin from our floating patch, then head out to paint and decorate their pick just in time for fall.
Pumpkin Plunge takes place during our free Kroc Fest, so families can enjoy one of two sessions (10 AM–12 PM or 12–2 PM) and still take part in all the festive fun happening around the center.
Open to children ages 2 and up. Please remember to rinse off any face paint before entering the pool.
Swim lesson registration opens on the 15th of each month for the following month.
Pricing:
Ages: 6 Months - 2 years
Developed for children 6 months to 2 years, Hatchlings helps young children get ready to swim by emphasizing fun in the water. Parents and children participate in several guided practice sessions that help teach elementary swimming skills such as water entry, bubble blowing, front kicking, back floating, underwater exploration, and more.
Ages: 3 - 5
Kroclets is designed for ages 3-5 years. There are beginner and intermediate options available. This is an introduction to water safety and acclimates your child to the water. Basic skills are taught like kicking and arm techniques. Our groups are very small (6 kids) to ensure quality and safety during lessons.
Ages: 6 - 12 years
Krocodiles is designed for swimmers ages 6 to 12. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced options available. Your child will learn basic swim techniques and water safety from the American Red Cross levels 1 and 2 Learn to Swim Program. Class sizes are capped at six 6 children to ensure quality and safety are a priority.
Ages: 13 and older
Lessons are a fun, low-pressure group class intended to familiarize new swimmers with best practices in the water. Designed as an introduction to skills such as strokes, floating, and treading water, among other basic swimming techniques. Our groups are small (5-6 people) to ensure quality and safety during each lesson.
Private lessons are a one-on-one time to enhance students’ overall skills and comfort in the water. Instructors create a welcoming environment where students can have their learning needs met. Lessons are often tailored to the very beginner who needs additional assistance or the advanced swimmer who needs one-on-one coaching and pacing.
