2025 Annual Report

The Salvation Army of the Pee Dee Region

"For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.”
 - Isaiah 55:12

Dear Friends,

These words from the prophet Isaiah capture the heart of what we witness every day in The Salvation Army’s ministry. When a family finds shelter from the storm, when a disaster survivor finds hope, when a child receives a warm meal, we witness the joy Isaiah described.

This past year, your generosity has enabled us to go out in joy and serve.  You have helped us lead people forth in peace, offering material assistance wrapped in dignity, hope, and compassion. Your support has transformed despair into joy, filling empty hands and inspiring hope.

As we reflect on another year of service, our hearts overflow with gratitude for your faithful support. Together, we continue to be instruments of God’s peace and bearers of His joy to a world that desperately needs both.

With deepest gratitude and blessings,

Majors Bill and Brenda Shafer
