Thank you for taking the time to read our program information and requirements. We look forward to receiving your application! 

Here are some important things to keep in mind: 

  • If your submitted application has incorrect documents or is incomplete, it will be automatically declined. When/if we open additional slots, you may submit another application, and will be reconsidered, if all information is correct and complete.
  • Please make sure all scans and pictures of your documents are clear and show all relevant information.
  • Please make sure to list and provide IDs for all guardians in the household. This will help us verify household income if the main applicant is not the household provider. 

You do NOT need a code. We do not use codes for our registration. The system asks if you have a code. The answer is no.

If the system says that we are not servicing that zip at this time, it means we have filled the allotted slots for the day.

Applicants have 24 hours to SUBMIT application with all information requested. Pending applications not submitted after 24 hours will be declined.

Submissions without proper paper work will be declined.

FAQs Section 

- How do I pick up my gifts? 

After your application is approved, you will receive an appointment during one of our distribution days to pick up your angel’s gifts. You will be assigned a day and time frame to arrive and proceed through our drive through pick-up system in the back parking lot of our Tulsa Area Command – 924 S. Hudson Ave. Tulsa, OK 74112.

- Can I register my grandchildren, foster children, relatives children, friends children, etc.? 

Only the legal parents or guardians of a child may register them in the Angel Tree program. You may only register a non-biological child if you are their legal guaridan and can provide verifying court documentation. Your family application should only include the children of which you can verify guardianship.

- I did not receive an approval/decline email, what do I do? 

If you have not received an email with your application status, please first check your spam folder and ensure you submitted the correct email address with your application. Otherwise, your application may still be in the review process. 

-  What if I am pregnant, can I register my unborn child? 

You may register your unborn child if you can provide a doctors note stating your child will be born on or before Dec.31st, 2024.
