The Salvation Army Center of Hope shelter in Johnson City, TN has two main shelter programs: an intensive transitional housing program for veterans (15 beds) and an emergency shelter with coaching for individuals experiencing homelessness (33 beds). The shelter is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Guests in our programs receive individual attention and care as they seek to stabilize and secure permanent housing of their own, access to educational, spiritual and recreational programs, as well as support securing medical, financial, employment, housing and other services.
