Our goal is to house an individual or family within 30 days. Our case workers can tailor the program to meet the specific needs of the individual. After the client leaves our program and moves into a home, our case managers continue to come alongside them for up to two years to offer the support necessary to ensure they maintain long term self-sustainability.
Emergency financial assistance is available to help cover utilities and rent when grant funds are available.
