Glen-Allen Andress, Missions Specialist: glen-allen.andress@uss.salvationarmy.org

"Music has always been a fundamental part of The Salvation Army, and research shows that music has a positive impact on children’s overall learning,”, explains Captains Lars & Ingrid Ljungholm. “We are happy to be able to provide music for the children who come to our programs.”

Students who are interested in participating can choose to learn brass, guitar, or timbrel (rhythm). During each session, a snack, devotion, singing lessons, and music theory will be offered to all participants.  Students are welcome to bring their own instruments, or The Salvation Army can provide them to use during lessons free of charge. Class space is limited.
