DIFFERENT SEASON. SAME REASON.
We are excited to be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of
The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary Kettle Krush 5K run/walk!
While Kettle Krush takes place in a “different season” than Christmas, the purpose is for the “same reason.” Through this event, SAWA strives to raise awareness for The Salvation Army and “krush” poverty, homelessness, and human trafficking, while supporting veterans and youth enrichment in metro Atlanta.

(Running strollers are welcome though we do ask you to start toward the back of the race. No dogs, please.)

$30.00 5K / $25 Tot Trot – Online registration (Now through May 8)
$35.00 5K / $30 Tot Trot - Fee increase for online registration (May 9 - 17)
$40.00 5K / $35 Tot Trot – Onsite/Race Day Registration (7:00 to 7:45 a.m.)
$30.00 – Phantom Runners/SAWA Fan Club
All race fees are non-refundable.

By MAIL: If registering by mail, download and print form here and mail completed form with check to Kettle Krush 5K, c/o PRRC, P.O. Box 81777, Atlanta, GA, 30366. Make check payable to SAWA and write Kettle Krush on the bottom “for” line of your check. Must be postmarked no later than May 8 for the $30.00 5K / $25 Tot Trot fee. If postmarked May 9 - 17, price increases to $35.00 5K / $30 Tot Trot.
Walk-in registration also is available in-person at Big Peach Running Co., 1062 Johnson Ferry Rd., Marietta, 30068. Cash, check, or credit card through May 17.
PHANTOM RUNNER/SAWA FAN CLUB: Don’t want to sweat or run/walk, but still want to support the cause? Join the event as a phantom runner; complete registration and then pick up your shirt at packet pick-up. Financial donations are always welcome, too. Please make your check payable to SAWA and write Kettle Krush on bottom “for” line and mail to address above. Mail to Kettle Krush 5K, c/o PRRC, P.O. Box 81777, Atlanta, GA, 30366.
AWARDS
Awards for first overall male and female runners and Masters male and female runners. Medals also go to the top three runners in 16 age categories from 10 & under to 80 & over. Ribbons will be given to all tot trot participants.
TEAM COMPETITION/PRIZES
Special prizes to top teams with most participants (minimum of 10 participants to be eligible) in 5 categories – business, church, individual, running club, and school.
LATE REGISTRATION/PACKET PICKUP
May 16 (4-7 p.m.) and May 17 (11 a.m.-2 p.m.) at Big Peach Running Company, 1062 Johnson Ferry Rd., Suite C, Marietta, 30068 or race day in Marietta Square from 7-7:45 a.m.
RACE COURSE
Runners/walkers will enjoy the course that starts/finishes at Marietta Square and travels through quaint downtown Marietta and historic neighborhoods.
PARKING
The Marietta Square/Glover Park is located in the heart of downtown Marietta. Paid and free parking are available around the race start/finish area. See downtown Marietta parking for more information on location and cost.
POST-RACE FESTIVITIES
Stay after the race to celebrate your finish with fellow runners/walkers and enjoy the awards ceremony at 9 a.m. Post-race goodies and music by DJ will be provided. Take time afterward to enjoy the Marietta Square Farmers Market (9 a.m.-noon) in the Mill Street parking lot at 41 Mill St.
