Angel Tree Registration Appointments

The Salvation Army of Bell County McClane Center of Hope will begin taking appointments for Angel Tree Registration on Monday, September 21, 2026, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm ONLY!  End Date for appointments: October 9, 2026.

Please call 254-774-9996 to set up an appointment. You must make an appointment to register for Angel Tree. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Documentation required for registration:

  • Valid picture ID of parent or legal guardian making the application
  • Proof of residency in Bell County. IE: utility and/or water bill
  • Original Birth Certificate for each child - birth to 12 years old
  • Documentation of Legal Guardianship (parent/guardian must be present at registration)
  • Proof of government assistance (TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, etc.)
  • Proof of all sources of income for everyone in the household in the past 30 days (check stubs, SSI letter, child support, etc.) Letters from employers are NOT proof of income

End Date for appointments: October 9, 2026
Registrations begin: October 2, 2026 by appointment ONLY!
