The 2024-25 Union County Boys & Girls Clubs
Afterschool Application

Online Application Instructions

  1. Select the Club you wish for your child to attend.
  2. Click Sign In and then select Create New Account. Once your new account is approved, you will be notified by email to reenter the portal and proceed with your application. Please check your email spam filters to allow email from BGCCharlotte@traxsolutions.com or look in your email spam folder. If you cannot locate the email, please use the reset password feature on this site to generate a new email.
  3. When you are allowed to reenter the portal, you will need to complete your account information.
  4. Once your is entered into the portal, select Activities and enroll in Afterschool (FYI: There is a $5 fee).
  5. Complete a Afterschool Membership application for August 26, 2024 - June 10, 2025.
  6. Once all of your information is submitted and your forms are signed, you will be able to check out and pay your application fee online.

History:

The first Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club opened in Union County in January 2012. A second Union County Club opened at East Union Middle School in 2014.
