The book, "Stay the Course: Challenges to Salvationists From the Book of Acts," offers illustrations and insights into the early apostles and how their stories can enrich and empower present-day Christian.

The material in the book's 23 chapters can be utilized as personal devotional or as a resource for Bible studies and small groups. It includes two bonus chapters offering worship resources as well.

"Though written particularly for Salvation Army officers and corps, here is a book sure to impact all who read it," said Dr. Stephen A. Ponder it, study it, and you will be equipped, inspired and empowered."
