LIEUT-COLONELS ONAI AND DELIWE JERA, officers of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory currently serving as Programme Secretary and Territorial Home League Secretary in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Malawi Territory.

COLONELS KELLY AND DONNA IGLEHEART, officers of the USA Southern Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, USA Western Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women's Ministries, USA Southern Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner: Colonel Donna Igleheart on 1 September 2022 and Colonel Kelly Igleheart on 2 September 2022. They will be succeeding Commissioners Willis and Barbara Howell. Commissioner Willis Howell will be retiring from active service and Commissioner Barbara Howell will be taking up new appointment responsibilities within the territory.
LIEUT-COLONELS EDDIE AND GENEVERA VINCENT, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Newfoundland Division in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, USA Western Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
LIEUT-COLONELS CEDRIC AND LYN HILLS, officers of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Indonesia Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women's Ministries, Germany, Lithuania and Poland Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. They will be succeeding Colonels Hervé and Deborah Cachelin who will be retiring from active service.
LIEUT-COLONEL HOSEA AND MAJOR LILIANA MAKAGIANTANG, officers of the Indonesia Territory currently serving respectively as Trustee Officer, William Booth Hospital and Prayer Coordinator in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Indonesia Territory. Major Liliana Makagiantang will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
MAJORS ANDREW AND DARLENE MORGAN, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as Principal – College for Officer Training (CFOT) and Spiritual Formation Coordinator, CFOT in that territory are appointed as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women's Ministries, Italy and Greece Command. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
