Corps tithing is being made easier than ever

The Tithe.ly website was made available to Southern Salvationists earlier this year to increase the ease and efficiency of tithing, and a new feature on SouthernSpiritOnline.org will simplify giving even more. Accessing the Stewardship page on this website will connect readers with links that will connect them with the corps of their choice.

When givers open the Stewardship page, they will select the state where their corps of choice is located, and a list of the corps will appear. When the corps is selected, a window will appear showing giving options, and givers will be asked to enter the amount of the gift, their identity and credit or debit card information. Please bookmark the direct link for the corps you choose for easy reference.

Previously, givers used the Tithe.ly website directly to set up a personalized account for making gifts after searching for their corps name. That site will remain intact, but this new page links to corps giving pages directly and will include some new additions, including instructions for online giving in a web browser, creating an account and resetting a Tithe.ly password. The Tithe.ly app may be downloaded from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) for the quickest access.

Tithe.ly is a component of the Corps Management System, which helps regulate attendance, group memberships and giving. It was made available earlier this year when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the suspension of services and other corps activities.
