Guest Services Coordinator, Camp Hidden Lake (Lexington, Mississippi)
The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a Guest Service Coordinator for Camp Hidden Lake located in Lexington, Mississippi.
This position plans, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the day-to-day operations of a kitchen and housekeeping; plans and develops menus; prepares purchases food and maintains an adequate level of inventory for program needs; prepares and administers a food budget; ensures food service program operates in compliance with health standards and regulations; supervises, schedules, evaluates and participates in the work of subordinate summer staff. Performs secretarial and receptionist duties in order to relieve the Camp operations Director of administrative detail; responds to inquiries regarding Camp Hidden Lake operations and services; ensures the office runs smoothly; administers all aspects of human resources; performs advanced, complex, and often confidential secretarial work with a broad scope of responsibilities; prepares advanced and technical reports and spreadsheets from start to finish.
