About Us

Since its founding in 2011, Inman Coffee has served as a vibrant social ministry, particularly for the youth and young adults of the Cleveland community. Known for its high-quality coffees, specialty drinks, Inman Coffee has been a cherished hub of community engagement.

Inman Coffee has consistently prioritized ministry above all else. This foundation is deeply rooted in The Salvation Army's tradition of street-level engagement, which was inspired by founder, William Booth’s early work of preaching the Good News on the streets of East London. According to Sergeant Ruth Forgey, Corps Administrator in Cleveland, a mobile coffee truck is seen as a means to enhance their outreach efforts, allowing them to reach and serve the community directly where they are.

The mobile coffee truck provides additional space for the expanding operations of The Salvation Army of Cleveland, particularly its growing youth programs. By taking our mission on the road, we can connect with even more individuals, offering not just coffee, but also hope, support, and a sense of community wherever we go.
