The Kroc Center offers an application that enables staff to meaningfully communicate with constituent, members, program participants, parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old through SMS messaging and provides a tool by which staff can send and receive SMS messages regarding program or activity updates, changes, or cancellations. By using this service, you are acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old (not a minor). 2. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can contact your Kroc Center directly. 5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages 6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies as needed to make sure you are informed of recent developments regarding updates, changes, or cancellations affecting programs that you or a family member have completed registration.
