Wilson Mathewes is a native of Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated Cum Laude from Erskine College with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. He received his Master’s in Leadership from The Citadel Military College. Wilson was a four-time all-conference player in college as well as a national freshman of the year recipient at the University of South Carolina-Lancaster.

Brad Cranford
Teaching Professional & Master Racquet Technician

Brad Cranford is a PTR Certified Professional and USRSA Master Racquet Technician who joined the Kroc Tennis team in 2011. Prior to Kroc, Brad was a store manager at Sports Authority for 18 years. Brad owned and managed a tournament racquet stringing team which traveled to ITF, ATP, WTA, and USTA events servicing the racquets of the touring pros. Brad played varsity tennis at USC Union and USC Spartanburg and graduated from the PTR Van der Meer Tennis University in 1988. He has been the Associate Director of the USC Tennis Camps for 25 years and has coached high school and collegiate tennis.

Calvin Sullivan
Teaching Professional

Calvin is a PTR Certified Professional who simply loves being on the court. Whether he is competing or teaching, he puts it all out there.

Calvin joined the Kroc team in 2016. He graduated from University of Charleston West Virginia with a BS in Health Sciences Athletic Training. He is currently pursuing another degree in Psychology.

Josh Marke
Teaching Professional

Josh has been coaching Tennis since he was 14 years old. In high school, he was selected for All-State Region Player of the year. Senior year of high school, he was selected for the North-South Tennis team. 

In college, he was on the practice squad for the College of Charleston and Worked at Wild Dunes Resort. 

After College, he coached surfing, 2-3 years of Basketball at Porter-Gaud School and an AAU program, and of course, TENNIS!

Terry Rookard
Teaching Professional

Terry Rookard has been teaching tennis to adults and kids as long as he can remember! The Kroc Tennis Center has been his teaching grounds since the opening in 2011. Terry is the Head Tennis Coach for boys and girls at Southside High and has served in this role for the past 10 years. Terry has been awarded SC HS Coach of the Year 5 times! He is a former SC #1 in both singles and doubles.

Steve Babbitt
Teaching Professional

Steve Babbitt, a Michigan native, lived in Tampa, FL for thirty years before moving to Greenville in 2016.

He is a USPTA-certified Elite Professional with a passion for teaching. While in FL, he was Director of Junior Development and Head Professional at Northdale Tennis Club and Cheval Country Club where he helped build two of the biggest junior programs.

He has coached players into the top ten in Florida and helped several reach the collegiate tennis level.

Ashley Sloskey

Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Ashley Sloskey joined the Kroc Tennis team in 2015. She is USPTA certified and has amassed a dozen years in the tennis industry. Ashley began her career as a Tennis Professional and transitioned to the Tennis House Manager in 2021. Ashley graduated from Georgia Southern University where she competed on the tennis team and earned a BS in Marketing. She continues to enjoy her time on the court in addition to her responsibilities in the Tennis House.

Keegan Barkley

Director of Tennis

Keegan Barkley serves as the Director of Tennis at Kroc Greenville. He is a USPTA Certified Professional and was previously the Head Professional for 904 Tennis, a tennis management company in Jacksonville, FL. While in Jacksonville, Keegan created adult league programming and teams for 6 different clubs. He worked with junior players of all levels, working closely with a number of juniors who received tennis scholarships for NCAA Division 1, 2, and 3 programs. Keegan was a top ranked junior player in Mississippi and earned a BS in Business Management from Southern Wesleyan University where he competed on the tennis team(2014-2017) and served as the team captain (2015-2017).
