Our Events team supports you every step of the way, so you can create lasting memories for the special birthday boy or girl.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your date.
Full payment is required at least 1-week prior to your party.

Includes 1 hour in the pool, 90 minutes in the party room, two slices of pizza and lemonade per person, plates, napkins, forks, cups, and tablecloths (Added a la carte bites available)

Party coordinators are invited to setup cake (BYO) and simple decorations 15 minutes prior to their start time.
Guests inform the front desk they are at The Kroc for a birthday, and our team direct them to the party space.
Guests who have not yet completed waivers will do so.
Lastly, Aquatics Leads will lead your group through Kroc pool rules and expectations and distribute swim wrist bands (if applicable to your package).

Yes, we welcome you to add personalized decorations 15-minutes before the time entering the party room while guests enjoy their time in the pool.
As the party host, you may bring a dessert option such as cupcakes or cake (don’t forget the candles)! For pool parties, you might want to bring extra towels. If you bring party favors, please do not distribute them until the end of the party.
We are unable to allow outside catering for these events but welcome you to bring your own cake and individually packaged party favors.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to check in at the front desk, complete waivers, and receive their pool wristbands.
Entering through the appropriate door and checking in ensures our team can maintain safety and building security. Thank you for your cooperation!
Kroc Twinkle, tar, and Superstar Birthday parties have a 10-guest minimum and 25 guest maximum.
Kroc Shooting Star Birthday parties have a 40-guest maximum.
Kroc Adventure Birthday parties have a 100-guest maximum.
A minimum of 2 adult chaperones per party is required for groups, regardless of guest ages. Chaperones are not included in the party headcount for activities or pizza.
Kroc party pizzas include 8 slices and are 16" in size, comparable to a standard large.
Yes, guests must be 48" tall to ride the water slide.
Every child 5 and under must have a chaperone in the water, within arm's length at all times.
Yes, girls ages 0 - 2 may accompany their father into the men's locker room.
Boys ages 0 - 2 may accompany their mother into the women's locker room.
Fathers of girls ages 3+ and mothers of boys ages 3+ are asked to use family locker rooms.
Parking is located at the front and side of our building. If none is available, overflow parking is located in our Hudson Street lot.
