1 Mile Fun Run, 5K, 10k Race

For Immediate Release (December 22, 2025) MS Gulf Coast – The Salvation Army Kroc Center invites runners, walkers, and families to lace up their shoes for the Annual Frosty Kroc Race, taking place Saturday, January 10, 2026, with a race start time of 8:30 a.m.

The Frosty Kroc Race features options for all ages and fitness levels, including a 1-Mile Fun Run, 5K, and 10K, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Biloxi–Ocean Springs Bridge and Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Proceeds from the race benefit The Salvation Army Kroc Center Scholarship Fund, which ensures that no child or family is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. Scholarships help provide access to programs in arts, music, aquatics, sports, fitness, after-school care, and character development, serving thousands of local youth and families each year

Race Details

• Date: Saturday, January 10, 2026
• Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
• Location: Start and finish at Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino
• Food Truck: The Drip House Coffee Co.

Course Information

• 1-Mile Fun Run & 5K: Turn around on the bridge and return to the Golden Nugget
• 10K: Continues into Ocean Springs, along Front Beach Drive, turning around at Washington Avenue before heading back over the bridge
• Amenities: Water stations provided along the course and scenic coastal views throughout

• Kroc & Roll Adult 5K (18 & over): $20
• Kroc & Roll Adult 10K (18 & over): $20
• Adult Kroc & Roll 1-Mile Fun Run: $20
• Kid Kroc & Roll 1-Mile Fun Run (17 & under): $15
• Kroc & Roll Youth 5K (17 & under): $15
• Kroc & Roll Youth 10K (17 & under): $15

Awards

Awards will be presented to overall male and female winners, as well as first, second, and third place finishers in each age group.
Walkers are welcome in the 1-Mile and 5K events. The 10K is for runners only.

About the Cause

All proceeds from the Frosty Kroc Race directly support the Kroc Center Scholarship Fund, helping individuals and families in need access life-changing programs and memberships.
