Race for GOOD across the Biloxi-Ocean Springs Bridge
What better way to spend a summer evening than enjoying the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s beautiful sunset and scenic views? Register now for the Annual Kroc & Roll Sunset Run hosted by The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Biloxi.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and offers something for every runner and walker in the community. The course starts and ends at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, with distances including a 1-Mile Fun Run, 5K, and 10K.
The 1M and 5K routes turn around on the Biloxi-Ocean Springs Bridge.
The 10K continues onto Ocean Springs’ Front Beach Drive, turns around at Washington Avenue, then returns across the bridge to the finish line.
Water stations will be located along the route, ensuring participants stay hydrated while enjoying the coastal breeze.
Event Categories & Registration Fees:
- Adult 5K (18 & above) – $25
- Adult 10K (18 & above) – $25
- Adult 1-Mile Fun Run – $25
- Kid’s 1-Mile Fun Run (12 & under) – $20
- Youth 5K & 10K (17 & under) – $20
Awards will be given to overall male/female winners and the top three finishers in each age group. Walkers are welcome in the 1M and 5K events. The 10K is reserved for runners only.
Dust Off Your Neon and Join the Fun!
Participants are encouraged to embrace the theme of the event by dressing in their favorite 80s-inspired attire. From neon colors and leg warmers to retro workout gear and big hair, show off your best throwback look for a chance to win prizes in our 80s Costume Contest.
Arrive early and get moving with a special preview of our upcoming "Sweatin' to the 80s" fitness class, scheduled for July 25 at The Salvation Army Kroc Center. This high-energy warm-up will feature classic 80s music, fun dance-inspired fitness moves, and plenty of retro vibes to get you race-ready.
Packet Pick-Up & Registration Info:
- Friday, July 17 | 5–8 PM at The Salvation Army Kroc Center (575 Division Street, Biloxi)
- Race Day registration starts at 5:30 PM at the Golden Nugget
- Race Start Time: 6:30 PM
Race for a Reason
All proceeds benefit the Kroc Center Scholarship Fund, which provides access to life-changing programs in arts, music, aquatics, sports, fitness, and youth development for families who need financial assistance. This ensures no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
