Culinary Arts Training

Employment Readiness

 

This is a workforce development program for those interested in obtaining employment in the culinary industry upon completion.

Class members are interviewed and selected to participate. You must complete an application.

Enjoy hands-on learning that will provide you basics including: cooking techniques, safe knife handling, recipes, food safety, salad prep, soups, sandwiches, sauces, kitchen equipment, interviewing & more!

 

Class Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

No previous experience required
Must meet mobility standards for standing & lifting
Space is limited and applicants must interview before deadline.
