Adopt An Angel

Put a smile on a child's face on Christmas morning!

Many hard-working families in our community struggle to make ends meet from month to month.  Christmas is a joyous time for celebration, but the extra expense of Christmas presents for the children can strain a family’s already tight budget. Through The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree, you help these families put smiles on their children’s faces on Christmas morning as they open the gifts you have given!

We are finishing up our Angel Tree project and making final preparations for families to pick up their gifts. We thank everyone who has volunteered to make Christmas magic happen for those in need in our community.

While Angel Tree adoptions are no longer possible, we are still in need of some items to complete our Angel bags. We are short on boys and girls clothing, sizes 6-12. We are also in need of additional toys, particularly for older children. Wish list items include tablets, scooters, skateboards, soccer balls, radio-controlled cars, Legos, Barbies and accessories, arts and craft kits, makeup sets, jewelry, Bluetooth speakers, and Bluetooth headphones/earbuds.

Please drop off items at:

The Salvation Army Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope-- 1863 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh by Wednesday, December 20 4:45 pm.
