The Salvation Army of Augusta Receives Grant from Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Inc.

The Salvation Army of Augusta has received a $20,000 grant from Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Inc. to aid in Covid-19 emergency assistance. The funds received from this grant will go directly towards the cost of providing meals and shelter to those impacted by Covid-19. While the Salvation Army of Augusta is providing 24/7 shelter to Seniors, families with children, and individuals seeking relief, the expanded soup kitchen, located at The Kroc Center of Augusta, is also serving two meals a day to the community.
