Salvation Army will “continue to fulfill their mission” in wake of COVID-19
While many organizations in the area may be closing their doors in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Salvation Army wants the public to know they’re not turning anyone away.
Captain Rebecca Sullivan says the shelter will remain open and is operating at normal hours.
“Someone walks into these doors, that they still have something to eat,” Sullivan said. “And they also have a bed to lay their head down.”
