Carolinas Divisional Songsters

Carolinas Divisional Songsters

The Carolinas Divisional Songsters is the top vocal ensemble of The North & South Carolina Division. This chorus is under the leadership of Christina Mitchell and consists of Salvationists from both North & South Carolina.

Membership in the Songsters is by audition only. If you are interested in joining the Divisional Songsters, please email AJ MItchell with your interest in joining the ensemble.

Audition Information

Audition Process

In order to audition for The Divisional Songsters, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Download Audition Music
  2. Record Video Audition using the sheet music and accompaniment track below (you will need a device to video record and a separate device to play the audio).
  3. Upload your audition to YouTube as an unlisted video or to a cloud drive (such as Google Drive or SharePoint) and share to AJ Mitchell.
  4. Submit your application using the form linked below

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to audition for The Divisional Songsters, you must:

  1. Attend a Salvation Army Corps
  2. Be at least 26 years of age
  3. Must be able to commit to the rehearsal schedule
