Feeding More Than Just Stomachs

The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma strives to feed the soul as well.

1 in 5 Children in Oklahoma Go to Bed Hungry

We provide programming to serve those who might not know where their next meal will come from.

How we help Alleviate hunger

In Oklahoma and Cleveland counties, we provide a food pantry open to the public and a nightly community meal.

Community Meal

In order help those in Central Oklahoma who face the daily burdens of food insecurity, we offer a free community meal every day. The meal is provided in “to go” containers. Anyone is welcome to come and share this meal.

Client-Choice Food Pantry
By supplying free fresh produce, canned goods, and healthy frozen items, our food pantries provide valuable meal supplementation while helping those in need maintain their independence and dignity. We provide the opportunity for clients to pick up food once every 30 days.

Food drive donations are accepted at our offices.

"You cannot warm the hearts of people with God's love if they have an empty stomach and cold feet."

- The Salvation Army founder, William Booth
