Coat Distribution

Providing warm coats to those in need

Coats Program

During the cold winter months, The Salvation Army wants to make sure that everyone in need has a warm coat. Coats are available for Wake County residents only. ID must be presented for each person receiving clothing along with proof of Wake County residency. Parents may bring a birth certificate, Social Security card, school ID/immunization record or Medicaid card for their child/children. Coats are available at The Center of Hope, 1863 Capital Blvd., Raleigh.

Distribution Schedule

  • Saturdays: November 9 and December 7 from 9:00 a.m. - Noon
  • Wednesdays: November 13, 20, 27 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
