Estate Planning

Would you like to remember The Salvation Army in your estate plan, either through a simple bequest or life income plan?

The Salvation Army Planned Giving Department is available to work with you, providing proper bequest designation wording and offering many options through which your future bequest can be structured to provide significant benefits to you, your loved ones, and the work of God through The Salvation Army.

A planned gift is arranged by you legally during your lifetime. The principal benefits accrue to The Salvation Army later, after your passing or the passing of your last-named beneficiary. Planned gifts take many forms: providing additional income for you and/or your heirs, reducing income and estate taxes, relieving you and your heirs of complicated financial management responsibilities, and helping to fulfill your personal, humanitarian, and charitable objectives. Planned gifts can be made in cash, real estate, stocks, bonds, personal property, or life insurance.

We would love to discuss this powerful option to do the most good. For more information, please visit our Texas Planned Giving webpage and contact our Associate Planned Giving Director, Ryan Britt.
